Oyetola is currently an executive doctoral candidate at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick; and her thesis is focused on business purpose as a driver of sustainable development on the African continent. She holds both Masters of Law and Bachelor of Law degrees, and has been admitted to the Nigerian Bar. A great conversation starter topic for Oyetola is children in general, which she is passionate about; and in her spare time her twin sons are teaching her the fine art of kick-boxing.
