Throughout his career, Henry has endeavored to help solve broad social issues both locally and abroad. After graduating with a master’s degree in Communication for Development and Social Change from Temple University in 2020, he worked for New Western, an inclusive ESL education program in Colombia and Peru, both teaching job readiness skills and coordinating the opening of several satellite campuses in rural areas of the countries. Before that, Henry’s experience focused on disabilities rights and advocacy in the greater Philadelphia area. Henry co-founded Adaptive Design of Greater Philadelphia, a foundation-funded non-profit that designed and fabricated sustainable adaptive devices for children with paralysis-causing conditions.
Henry is an avid athlete, enjoying basketball and baseball whenever he is not recovering from injuries. Henry loves experimenting with new vegan recipes and exploring the world in search of new cuisines and cultures.
