Maureen Otini joined End Fund in 2025 as Senior Associate, Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation (MLE). Driven by a passion for data-driven decision-making, Maureen brings years of experience supporting programs across education, agriculture, and public health sectors in Africa.

Before joining the END Fund, Maureen worked with organizations like VVOB and UNICEF, helping to design and strengthen data systems that inform better program outcomes. She is passionate about turning complex data into meaningful stories that help teams learn, adapt, and maximize their impact. Her work has focused on developing user-friendly dashboards, refining monitoring frameworks, and promoting a culture of continuous learning within programs.

Maureen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science with Information Technology from Maseno University. She is highly skilled in tools like Stata, R Shiny, MySQL, and DHIS2, and she thrives at the intersection of data, learning, and program strategy.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Maureen reading books, experimenting with recipes from around the world, or volunteering with initiatives that champion education and technology access for young people.
