Kutsushi joined the END Fund in April 2023 as a Senior Associate – VP support. Her primary role is to provide programmatic and administrative support to the Vice President, Programs in the management and oversight for END Fund’s portfolio of NTD control programs.
She brings a wealth of over 18years experience in programmatic and administrative support having worked in several international organizations including PATH International, International Planned Parenthood Federation. While at Trocaire, she successfully managed the missionary Grants program supporting 13 missionary Partners under the integrated Gender and HIV Programme. Prior to joining the END fund Kutsushi worked as the Team Lead at Consulting Cradall Limited, a corporate events management and capacity-building outfit overseeing the events docket. She has a knack for management of events, and convenings, offering end-to-end management from concept development, planning and design to coordination execution.
Kutsushi holds a Higher Diploma in Public Relations from the University of Nairobi and exercises diplomacy in how she handles her work. She is passionate about helping orphans and is an ardent supporter of Upendo Children’s home, a shelter that caters for orphans and abandoned children based in the slum area of Zimmerman in Nairobi. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three sons, cooking, creating beautiful décor pieces, and traveling. She also loves to sing, listen to music, and socialize with friends and family.
