Haydee is the Director, Strategic Learning, Strategy & Operations. Responsible for the END Fund’s data initiatives and systems, she supports the organization’s growth by promoting data collection processes that allow for evidence-based decision making and highlight the impact of our work.
Prior to joining the END Fund, Haydee worked for a technical partner of the United Nations where she focused on developing data tools for sustainable development. Most recently, she led the in-country implementation of UNESCO’s OpenEMIS initiative, where she worked with ministries of education in improving their data collection, management and dissemination processes. Haydee has worked with over 20 national ministries as a program advisor and facilitating capacity building workshops on data tools.
Haydee holds a Master’s degree in International Human Right’s Law from The Irish Center for Human Rights at NUIG; where she specialized in economic, social and cultural rights.
Originally from Venezuela, Haydee speaks three languages fluently and is currently learning Farsi. When she is not learning a new language, you can find her running around the Jacky Kennedy Reservoir in Central Park, cooking, or puzzling.
