Fouad works with the END Fund to lead innovative financing initiatives. Fouad has over 20 years of experience in the structured finance space and is founder and CEO of ABS Advisory Services. He has led securitization banking teams at JP Morgan and Barclays Capital and most recently at KGS Alpha and Aladdin Capital, a $12 billion hedge fund.
Throughout his banking career, Fouad helped raise over $48 billion for leading Fortune 500 companies and thinly capitalized start-ups alike. Prior to banking, he was an attorney doing project finance and leveraged leasing at White & Case in New York and securitization at Sidley & Austin in Chicago. Fouad graduated from Georgetown with a combined JD and Masters from the School of Foreign Service and completed his undergraduate work at Harvard.
Whether by helping the nascent Palestinian state to draft a foreign investment law as a junior lawyer or working with innovative financiers to develop Property Assessed Clean Energy securitizations, Fouad has spent a lot of his time engaging in socially impactful investment. He looks forward to putting his legal and banking skill-set to full time use towards ending neglected tropical diseases.
