Dorcus is a seasoned HR professional; with over ten years experience both locally and internationally, highly motivated individual with ability to understand organizational needs.

Prior to joining The END Fund, Dorcus served as the Human Resources Manager at African Wildlife Foundation where she oversaw a team of two in East Africa, Central and West Africa to manage all aspects of HR, including Compliance, Talent management, Payroll, Change management, Compensation, Performance management and HR operation, also supported AWF managers, employees in Africa, UK and Europe.

Dorcus has a Master of Arts in International Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Science in Computing (Hons) from University of West of England, Bristol, United Kingdom and Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management from Cambridge International College – United Kingdom. She is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Council that regulates HR Professionals in Kenya under the HRP Act and Certified by Human Resource Management Professionals Examination Board in Kenya.

Born and raised in a town outside Capital city Nairobi, Kenya public health is something that is close to her heart. Dorcus is passionate about health and fitness and has appreciation for organizations whose mission is to improve community wellbeing. When not working she loves to spend time with family, traveling or spending a day at the beach. She is currently based in Nairobi, Kenya
