Corinne Irwin

Associate Vice President, Culture & Talent

Prior to joining the END Fund, Corinne served as the Director of Human Resources at American Jewish World Service (AJWS) where she oversaw a team of four to manage all aspects of HR, including talent management, culture, compensation, performance management and HR operations.

Corinne has spent her career working for mission-based organizations in the global human rights, social justice and healthcare fields; previously working at AccessNow, Advancing Women Professionals and NYU Langone Medical Center.

Corinne received her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications from Le Moyne College and is certified by the Society for Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Corinne also holds certificates from Wharton Business School in HR Management and Business Analytics and from SHRM on Building Inclusive Workplaces. Corinne is a native New Yorker and still resides in her hometown of Brooklyn. When not working Corinne loves to spend time cooking and being outdoors hiking or doing anything by the ocean.
